Our Work Together
I promise to work ethically and confidently.
I promise to be on time, to be fully present, and to see your worth.
I promise to keep your information confidential.
I promise to listen without judgment.
I promise to meet you where you are at.
How would your life change if you were truly heard?
Often, there are people in your life who listen to you. But that’s not the same as being heard by someone who cares about your story, and is not personally involved in it. Imagine telling your truth to someone who sees the whole you—your struggles, contradictions, beliefs, and doubts—and who accepts, understands, and most importantly, helps you.
None of us expect life to be easy, but at times, the challenges can make it almost impossible to find worth and value in oneself and joy in life. Perhaps you feel trapped in the choices that led to your career or relationships. A health condition may have upended your world. Or you are dealing with the impact of trauma. You feel unmoored, disconnected.
Conversely, your life may be progressing as planned, but you want more. More fulfillment. More depth. A more profound connection with the people in your life, and perhaps, with the holy.
I bring knowledge and awareness of what’s possible to my clients, creating a safe place where they can process and understand the stressors in their lives. Together, we build grounded, caring, compassionate therapeutic relationships.
I hold both a Master's degree in Social Work and a Supervision in Social Work Certificate from the University of Minnesota. I’m a certified EFT Practitioner, trained in EMDR Standard and Early Trauma Protocols, and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
In addition, I have a spiritual direction certificate from the Tending the Holy program at Christos Center for Spiritual Formation.
Outside of work, I love camping and walking in nature. All summer long, you’ll find me teaching muzzle loading to youth in 4H. I also enjoy home repair and remodeling projects, reading, watching TV shows and movies, and spending time with my family and friends.
You deserve to live a life that gives you hope and meaning, a life in which you’re fully engaged with your values, goals, relationships, and most importantly, with yourself.
Together, we will transform your challenges and help you feel whole. I look forward to joining you in your journey.
