There are two main entrances to the building. If you enter the building on the west side (door closest to Lexington), go down the short hallway and turn right at the main hallway. Then, turn right at the first hallway; you will see a couch and the big window of the conference room once you turn. My office is three doors down to the left of the conference room. If you arrive early, feel free to wait on the couch.
If you enter the building on the east side (door closest to the larger parking lot), then go into the main hallway (near the bathrooms) and go left down the hallway. The hallway to get to the conference room and my office is the last one on the left before the hallway that goes to the other door.

At your first appointment, you and I will determine the frequency of our sessions and the approaches we will take. Do you want to meet weekly? Every other week? Or Monthly? Are you interested in learning different techniques to manage the stressors you are currently experiencing, are there things from your past you would like to process, or do you want to work on a combination of both past and present concerns?
All sessions* are $150 payable at time of service or online prior to your appointment through TheraNest. I accept cash, check, and credit cards.
All sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the regular session fee. No show appointments are also charged the regular session fee.
The benefit of seeing a fee-for-service psychotherapist like me is that you and I get to decide the frequency we meet and the topics we cover. Your insurance company does not dictate any of these details, and all your information stays truly private and confidential.
*Sliding fee scale may be available for clinical supervision sessions on a case-by-case basis.
All sessions are private and confidential. However, I am a mandated reporter, so there are some exceptions to privacy depending upon safety concerns. I am legally obligated to report any concerns about children or vulnerable adults being hurt or abused to child or adult protection. Additionally, any time there is an imminent threat of harm to self or others, I need to involve emergency services and warn any identified target(s).
